About Path Vacations

Path Vacations is the vacation club of Path Resorts, a family of three properties in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. Membership is built on points rather than fixed weeks, so you decide when you travel and what kind of space you need.

A vacation club without the fixed week

Traditional timeshare hands you the same week in the same unit every year. Path Vacations works on points instead. Members receive an annual allotment and spend it on the dates and the unit that suit them. Travel in a quieter season, or book a smaller unit, and those points stretch further.

How membership works

  • Points, not weeks. Members receive an annual points allotment and spend it on the dates, the resort and the unit size that fit the trip they actually want to take.
  • Tiers that match how you travel. Membership is purchased in point tiers. The right tier depends on when you like to vacation and the kind of unit you want to book.
  • Amenities all year. Club and Premium members can use the amenities at Steele Hill and The Summit 365 days a year, with no overnight stay required.
  • The wider world, through RCI. Members have the option to enroll in RCI through Path Vacations, which opens up an exchange network of resorts worldwide. Enrollment is optional, so not every member is an RCI member.

Three properties across the Lakes Region

Each one has its own character, and together they cover the region from hilltop views to the lakeshore.

Steele Hill Resort, Sanbornton

The flagship, set on 500 hilltop acres with panoramic views of Lake Winnisquam and the Belknap Mountain Range. Three heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a day spa, miles of trails, and a restaurant with one of the best views in the Lakes Region.

The Summit Resort, Laconia

Steele Hill's sister resort, minutes from Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee. Spacious suites, an indoor pool with a water slide, and grilling and picnic areas made for summer evenings.

Center Harbor Inn, Center Harbor

The boutique side of the family, right on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. A quiet lakeside retreat with its own beach area, water views from the grounds, and the village a short stroll away.
