How the Vacation Club Credit works: complete your vacation club presentation and we apply the credit to your resort folio at the end of your stay. Two ways to use it. Spend it at the resort on dining, the spa, or activities and charge it to your room, and the credit wipes that amount at checkout. Or spend it anywhere you like off-property, save the receipt, show it at the front desk when you check out, and we apply the credit to your folio.
- Add the package to your cart and check out. You're reserving the offer, not specific dates yet.
- We call you within 24 hours. Our booking team (Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm) walks you through available dates and books your stay over the phone. We're required to confirm your acceptance of the terms verbally, including your agreement to attend the vacation club presentation.
- If we can't find dates that work, you get a full refund. No strings. If nothing on the calendar fits your schedule, we refund you in full on that same call.
- During your stay, you attend a 90 to 120 minute vacation club presentation. This is how we're able to offer the rate. The presentation is relaxed, tailored to what you actually care about, and there is zero obligation to buy anything.
