The Lakeside Pass is a season pass of prepaid midweek nights at Center Harbor Inn, the boutique inn right on Lake Winnipesaukee, bought at one flat price and used however you like through December 31, 2027. Take all your nights at once, or break them into separate midweek getaways of two nights or more and spread them across the seasons: a fall weekday by the fire pit, a quiet winter escape, a June morning with your coffee on the balcony over the bay. And because Center Harbor Inn is part of the Path Resorts family, every night on your pass is also good at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton and the Summit Resort in Laconia, so you can mix in a pool day or a mountain view whenever you're curious. Pick your size: 2 nights, 5 nights, or 10 nights. Buy the pass now and start using it right away. It's issued in your name, and you can buy it as a gift at checkout or transfer it to someone else later with a quick phone call.

- Your season pass arrives by email within one business day (Monday through Friday), with your pass details and booking instructions.
- Book whenever you're ready, any time through December 31, 2027. Call 1-800-661-2243 with your pass details, tell us how many nights you'd like to use and where, pick eligible midweek dates, and we'll confirm. Reservations are made by phone.
- Show up and settle in. No presentation, no obligation.
The nights on your pass are yours to arrange. Use them all in one stretch, or take them as separate midweek stays of two nights or more, at Center Harbor Inn or at either of our other two Lakes Region resorts. Each time you book, the nights you use come off your pass, and the rest stay good through December 31, 2027.
Buying it as a gift? Name the recipient at checkout and we'll issue the pass to them. Want to hand your pass to someone else later? Call us and we'll reissue it to the new holder for a $10 transfer fee. Nights that have already been booked can't be transferred.
- The Lakeside Pass is a season pass issued by Path Resorts, not a gift certificate or gift card. It is issued to a named holder, has no cash value, and is redeemable only for stays at Center Harbor Inn, Steele Hill Resort, and the Summit Resort.
- Valid from the date of purchase through December 31, 2027. Nights not booked by that date expire and have no remaining value.
- Prepaid and nonrefundable. Transferable to a new named holder by phone for a $10 fee. Nights already used to book a reservation cannot be transferred.
- Midweek nights only (Sunday through Thursday), with Sunday through Wednesday check-in. Each stay is a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Weekends, major holidays, and school-vacation weeks cannot be reserved.
- Reservations are made by phone at 1-800-661-2243, up to 6 months in advance. Subject to availability. Blackout dates apply; see the current blackout calendar.
- Taxes, resort fees, and incidentals are paid at the time of your stay.
- This offer is not part of the Vacation Club and does not require attendance at a Vacation Club presentation.
