Four midweek nights at Steele Hill in the units reserved for the Big Suites program, our largest suites among them, at a fraction of retail. Four nights is where a getaway turns into an actual vacation: you unpack, you cook something, you find the trail you didn't have time for last visit. Book any eligible dates through December 31, 2027, this year or next, no presentation required, or, if you're not a member, take $50 off by adding one.

  • One Big Suites Pass for a 4-night midweek stay at Steele Hill Resort, in any unit available to the Big Suites program, including our largest suites
  • Full access to Steele Hill amenities during your stay: four pool facilities, hot tubs, saunas, health club, 9-hole executive golf course, hiking trails, game room, and four dining venues
  • Valid from the day you buy it through December 31, 2027
  • Your season pass and booking instructions arrive by email within one business day (Monday through Friday)
  • Giftable at checkout, and transferable to a new named holder anytime by phone
  • Add tour option (non-members only): take $50 off by agreeing to attend a 90-120 minute vacation club presentation during your stay

  2. Your season pass arrives by email within one business day (Monday through Friday), with your pass details and booking instructions.
  3. Book whenever you're ready, any time through December 31, 2027. Call 1-800-661-2243 with your pass details, pick eligible midweek dates, and we'll confirm. Reservations are made by phone.
  4. Show up. No presentation, no obligation.

Buying it as a gift? Name the recipient at checkout and we'll issue the pass to them. Want to hand your pass to someone else later? Call us and we'll reissue it to the new holder for a $10 transfer fee. A stay that has already been booked can't be transferred.

If you chose the Add tour option, you'll spend about 90-120 minutes with one of our representatives during your stay for a look at how the points system works, our three New Hampshire resorts, year-round amenity access, and our worldwide exchange network. The Add tour option is for non-members only. If the presentation isn't completed during your stay, the resort's standard retail rate for the stay will be charged.

  • The Big Suites Pass is a season pass, not a gift certificate or gift card. It is issued to a named holder, has no cash value, and is redeemable only for the stay described at Steele Hill Resort.
  • Valid from the date of purchase through December 31, 2027. A pass not used to book a stay by that date expires and has no remaining value.
  • Prepaid and nonrefundable. Transferable to a new named holder by phone for a $10 fee until it has been used to book a stay.
  • Midweek nights only (Sunday through Thursday). Friday, Saturday, and certain Sunday nights cannot be reserved.
  • Sunday or Monday check-in only.
  • Reservations are made by phone at 1-800-661-2243, up to 6 months in advance. Subject to availability. Blackout dates apply; see the current blackout calendar.
  • Taxes, resort fees, and incidentals are paid at the time of your stay.
  • This offer is not part of the Vacation Club and does not require attendance at a Vacation Club presentation. If you choose the Add tour option (non-members only), you are agreeing to attend a 90-120 minute vacation club presentation during your stay; if the presentation is not completed, the resort's standard retail rate for the stay will be charged.
