  2. We call you within 24 hours. Our booking team (Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm) walks you through available dates and books your stay over the phone. We're required to confirm your acceptance of the terms verbally, including your agreement to attend the vacation club presentation.
  3. If we can't find dates that work, you get a full refund. No strings. If nothing on the calendar fits your schedule, we refund you in full on that same call.
  4. During your stay, you attend a 90 to 120 minute vacation club presentation. This is how we're able to offer the rate. The presentation is relaxed, tailored to what you actually care about, and there is zero obligation to buy anything.
